I'm recruiting for a Corporate Associate with a well-established, full-service California firm. The seat is in their Los Angeles office, on a corporate team that represents middle market clients and capital providers.

Clients include public and private companies, high net worth individuals, and family offices. Industries run wide: consumer products, tech/media/telecom, entertainment, food and beverage, financial services, and manufacturing/distribution.

The work (experience in one or more of these):

• M&A
• Equity financings
• Joint ventures
• Technology transactions
• Outside GC work

What you need:

• 3+ years of general corporate transactional experience
• Solid experience drafting and reviewing corporate documents
• Strong academic credentials
• Strong writing and client communication skills

Comp: $230,000–$350,000 base DOE. It's a wide band, so class year and relevant experience decide where you land. Hit the 1,900-hour minimum and total comp (base + discretionary bonus) runs $380,000–$475,000. The bonus can go higher with hours billed and collected above 1,900, and there's a separate bonus on work you originate.
