The Role:

They're looking for a Litigation Associate (4+ years) to join their San Francisco office, representing school districts, community college districts, and other public entities.

The Work:

• Litigation and administrative hearings (discovery, pleadings, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations)

• Labor & employment and education-related disputes for public entities

• Education law, Labor & Employment Defense, and/or public entity experience is a plus

Location: San Francisco (hybrid/remote options)

Comp: $140K–$200K DOE + full benefits (health/dental/vision, 401k w/ match & profit sharing, PTO)
