The Role:

• Litigation and administrative hearings (discovery, pleadings, mediations, arbitrations)

• Opportunity for high level analytical research and writing

• IEP Plans/Hearings, Title IX complaints, disability accomodations, IDEA/Section 504 compliance

Location: San Francisco or East Bay (Hybrid) or fully remote candidates open to occasional travel in California will also be considered

Comp: $135K–$175K~ DOE + full benefits (health/dental/vision, 401k w/ match & profit sharing, PTO)
