I'm recruiting for a Labor & Employment Associate with a well-established, full-service California firm. The seat is in their Los Angeles office and comes with Senior Associate status.
It's a litigation-heavy practice. Single plaintiff and class action employment matters, plus day-to-day advice and counseling for clients.
Wage and hour class action experience is a must.
What you need:
Nice to have: traditional labor law experience.
Comp: $260,000–$340,000 base DOE. Hit the 1,900-hour minimum and total comp (base + discretionary bonus) runs $410,000–$475,000. The bonus can go higher with hours billed and collected above 1,900, and there's a separate bonus on work you originate.
